AimyBusiness provides AI consultancy and related business support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing for each client project.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver services.
• Ensure you have rights to any data or materials you share with us.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly where required.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, and expenses are set out in your proposal, quote, or contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and licence rights for project outputs are defined in the relevant client agreement.

No guarantees

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific commercial, technical, or financial outcomes from use of AI tools or recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AimyBusiness is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or loss of profit/revenue damages. Our total liability arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in line with the agreed contract terms. Fees due for work completed up to termination remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
